new to verizon

alright i just got verizon and i have 700 minutes (free IN-nights-weekends) and i used about 400 minutes already but only 131 are peak minutes, so peak minutes are the minutes i'm watching right?? so i can't let the peak minutes go over 700....Am i right about this??
and another question if i go over my minutes can i still talk on the weekends and nights for free??

Yes, your 700 minutes will be calls made and receivd between 6AM-9PM that are NOT to other Verizon users. Even if you go over your 700 minutes, night and weekend are always unlimited and you would never be charged for those.
