Happened to me before when flashing, i used one of those cheap ebay usb cables that charges the phone at the same time and flashed it again. Can yo still charge the phone? If yes then let it sit for a few hours and flash again.

charge your battery using a desktop charger or ask a friend who has e398 to charge for u or get it charged at a mobile shop and then just flash back with MFF...

you can still flash as long as ur in the bootloader screen, get something to charge it, usually dealers can do it for u
