V3 bluetooth conection to pc

Trying to connect my V3 to laptop via bluetooth connection in order to use MPT. I get the following error message, "Comm Port Installation failed." What does this mean, and how do i correct it?

right click the modem used in your device manager and see which com port it is using then set the program to use the same.
