v551 - Keypad LED not working when flipped open

I replaced the housing on my v551 and the LED's under the keypad aren't working like they are supposed to. I know they still work because when I turn the phone on, they light up. Was wondering if anyone knew what points need to touch what or something for the LED's to light up when flipped open.

OK, replying to the above post, it works some of the times so there is something not connecting correctly.

I think since it looks like you put on a "Clear" Housing. If your Settings>Initial Setup>Battery Save: On/Off is set to "ON" the sensor might be seeing too much light due to your clear housing and turning off the keypad lights....

Give that a check....

lmao, thank you, I never knew there was a brightness sensor
