T-Mobile Voicemail on 902

Hello,
Does anyone know how to make T-Mobile voicemail activate the vm icon on a 902sh. Presently I only get a blank text message from and unknown sender. I've changed the voicemail number a few times but nothing works. I also get the text message when I call my vm.
