deleted stock 710 ringtones, help an idiot?

I blindly deleted a couple of my v710 stock ringtones, now the names of the ones I deleted are still there but of course they don't ring, and the new custom tones I download don't work, I read through the "how to fix your ring details" thread, but nothing there aplied I didn't think because I can still get into my ring tones and use the ones I didn't delete and also the custom ones I put in before deleting some of the stock ones, does anyone have any ideas what I should attempt next, Thanks, Al.

I buddy had the same thing and then he did a master reset. All better! BTW, how did you get them off? I cannot find a BITPIM to "see" my V710.

YES, thank you, that worked, now I just can't use the ringtones I put on there with mpt, but I will keep trying,
to use bitpim, if it doesn't recognize my 710 I just unplug, replug, the usb and it works, does that help, just know what you are doing when you get in, (not like me)
