v360v USB connection problems

Hello,
For the last couple of day's I'm trying to connect a new v360v to my PC's with no success at all 
I've tried almost anything (I'm also new to Moto phones) MPT (including light) P2KM , P2KTools etc.
The funny thing is that with Bluetooth I can connect the phone with the PC and transfer files and even use MPT BUT not with USB.
With USB and the phone without the transflash and set to modem is recognized and requests a modem driver (I've tried the driver from MPT, P2KManager, Mobiledit) then I try to install the p2k driver WITH the registry hack but the strings Service and ActiveService have value Modem and not usbccgp.
I've tried several "hacks" I've fount by searching this forum but still no connection.

Problem SOLVED, I've updated to MPT v4. I should have read more carefully befor posting
