V3 Razr unable to receive files from computer via bluetooth

Please help me. My new Razr is unable to receive files from my computer via a Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter. My computer and phone recognize each other, but I am unable to figure out how to get them to communicate to transfer files. When I try to send the file my computer says that "The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond." It also says to make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed. I do not know what this is or how to install it.

I place my phone in discovery (Find Me) mode before I try to send the file and I turn Bluetooth "on" on the cell phone.

Please help me solve my problem.

Which carrier do you have with the razr if you have t-mobile or cingular this should not be happening if you have verizon the OBEX is dissabled on that model.

Go to www.motomodders.net register on their website and download OBEX file manager in the software section. And if that doesn't work your phone has an issue and needs repair.
