Hey all
nice to see there is a site that can help me with my phone

enough of the pleasantries
im trying to send multimedia text message files from my phone
its a v635 and its under t-mobile

well its not working
ive called tmobile and they seem like they dont know what they are talking about because we went through troubleshooting over the phone

i think the problem has to do with the server for the mms
tmobile's tzones is not a choice where there is the option
to switch the server for the MMS FILES

i think all i need to do is type in the server address for the mms server for tmobile but i dont know it

am i right here?
is there something else that i need to do?
has anyone had to deal with this?

go here, it will automatically configure your mms settings, as well as wap settings for t-zones - http://tmobileus.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst

therin lies the rub
my phone does not seem to be showing up wit them
it stops after v53something
this is why im having so much problems with it

anything else?

try v600. with cingular's over-the-air configurator, i also did not have v635 as a choice, but i selected v600 and it worked fine. there's a good chance tm will work the same way. also, make sure you have an empty mms server slot - the phone will only allow three. that's under message inbox setup > mms message setup > server info - make sure you have no more than two servers listed so there is room for a third (tm). i just deleted all three that were present with the flex that was on my v635 when i got it.
