LG4650 Issue with Ringtones and Wallpaper

I have gone to Data > Get Phone Data to copy the phonebook from the phone - but doing the same does not give me the ringtones and wallpaper.

I notice that I have the "Add" option with the phonebook, whereas I have only the "Replace All" option with the other 2 - so I suspect this is part of the issue.

Any suggestions how to proceed from here?

If you are using Bitpim make sure you have the latest version for it.

I am using 0.8.05, which I believe is the latest version...

Have you check their website for the steps? I use QPST and Datapilot for these actions. What you can also do is use the Filesystem in Bitpim to upload pictures and ringtones.

If you use the filesystem method do a search for vx4700 steps since both these phones have the same filesystem.
