V635 - Replacing broken screens

Someone stepped on my phone after I dropped it and cracked both external and internal screens. I bought new screens on ebay and I was wondering if anyone had a tutorial of some sort on how to replace them. I wanted to replace them myself considering that the warranty does not cover the screens and rogers was gonna charge me 300$ to get it fixed. Thanks
