Uploading games on my V555

I'm a newbie but have been doing some reading on how to do quite a bit with my phone. I'm still having problems with uploading games. I know I need to unlock the java on my phone, but not for sure how. I have an older PC on Windows 98. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
