question. when i sync my earpiec with my phone, when my phone rings it plays a ringtone that i didnt set as my primary ringtone. however when i unsync the bluetooth earpiece, my save ringtone plays how do i fix that thanks

When you sync you earpiece the default ringtone is a generic ringing... Sorry

question neon, i just purchased this phone so im a beginner all over again. however how do u put the mp3's on the phone without the software for the usb. i remember for my samsung d500 i had to download the software. how do i do it for this phone?

When you plug the USB to your computer and phone, does the computer reconize the USB? If it does, that is all you really need, you CP will have in the my computer section a removable storage device in it. You can drag and drop what MP3 you want, I usually have the MP3 songs on my trans flash. But if you want to use the MP3 as a ringtone you will have to cut it down and then you you transfer the song to your transflash you will have to move it to your phone to use it as a ringtone.

oh ok i realized wat me prob was. my phone wasnt in sync wit my pc. so i went to motorola and downloaded the sync software. thanks alot for your help. now all i need to do is figure out how to transfer the mp3s off the trans and on to the cpu. i went to the settings, phone status, then storage device and tried and pressed 'copy all text' and it didnt work. any advice?

Well when I plug up my phone or put the transflash in the adapter it shows up as a removable storage. I drag the MP3 from the removable drive to my cp.
