p2k drivers won't install

I just got a Motorola V190 and for the life of me I can't get the p2k drivers to install. I launch the application and it detects the phone but when I point it to the drv folder it won't install at all. I've tried everything I can think of and no go.

check the motorola devices in your device manager, then choose the update drivers and point to where the drivers are located.

There are no motorola devices in device manager.
