MPT, motokit, P2K tools all stopped working

i have mpt, motokit, and p2k tools...all which i use for modding and file transfers. today, they didnt work for some reason. i was downloading some pics from my phone in mpt, and all the sudden it said my connection was lost, and now i cant connect to any program.

what could be wrong, and how could i try to fix it?

disconnect your phone from the computer and reboot then try the programs agian.

ive done that twice and have had no luck

this is really bad too because im trying to get NAIAS pictures off of my phone hahaha
