Can i unlock a uscell razr v3

i am going to buy the razr v3 i was just woundering if that phone from uscell can be unlocked?Can some1 steer me in the wright direction?Thanks

USCell uses CDMA technology, so you will have to buy a V3c. As such, the phone is not "locked" in the same way that a GSM phone is. In order to change carriers, you will have to contact the new carrier and ask them to activate the phone on your account. Whether or not they will do that, I don't know.
