So after a month of my phone just shutting itself off after the slightest tap I am getting a replacement. My question is this. I have only had it for 6 months so I called the Cingular warrenty number and they told me they would replace it and mail me a new one within 5 days. Will this "new" phone be new one out of the box or is this just going to be a referb. one? I just don't want to end up with someone else's problem. I had this happen when they kept giving me referb. replacement for my V60. They kept giving me phones that had something wrong with them. (This was at their stores) Finally i got them to give me a new one out of a box. Since I am not getting one at their stores I am hoping they are mailing me a brand new one. If not I am going to have to go a Cingular store and give me a new one!
