Yahoo messenger on my V635 not right, causing problems with yahoo on PC

Yesterday I did some searching and found all the settings to get my V635 set up to run Yahoo from its built in messenger client. I got things mostly working but when I log-in now I have only a subset of my Yahoo contacts. I get maybe 10 displayed out of 20 or so, a mixture of my online and offline contacts.

This has caused a new problem with Yahoo on my PC. The names that are not included in my contact list on the V635 cannot send me an IM on the PC or the phone. And now when I log in on the PC I have not only my friends list, but also a duplicate of that called Y! Mobile Messenger.

I have logged in and out of Yahoo through t-zones, the V635 client, and the PC. I even sent the "out" text message to log out of yahoo but still nothing. What did my Motorola do to screw up Yahoo and how can I fix it?

I don't mess with the IM client. I found it kills the operation of the phone since it has to be constantly connected to the net, and always updates.

Do you just use the WAP version? That one can just be such a pain in the butt to use. I dont leave it on all the time, just when bored sitting at the airport or something so performance isnt a problem for me.

Seems my PC IM problem was resolved on its own, but I still dont get the entire contact list on my phone. Oh well, guess I will just have to stick with the t-zones client.

What are the IM settings for the 635 for Yahoo? I can't seem to find them. Thanks!
