SMT5600 "0" button dead. It's going back for service...

Found out last night the zero key on my smt5600 is shot. The button isn't stuck or anything... it's just when I press the "zero" key... nothing happens. Well, guess it's going back to Audiovox for service. I actually had them do a firmware reset just 3 months earlier.
