Picture Size for v265

What picture size (i.e. 100 x 100 pixels ?? ) should I use to upload to Alltel to send back to my v265 phone ?? I'm presuming that if I try and send it large-size picture that will not work, and I'm presuming that Alltel Online Pix Album will NOT resize it before it tries to send it to my v265 ? (Without doing the reprogramming.... which I don't think I want to tackle.... i'm presuming this is the ONLY practical way to get pictures FROM my pc TO the v265....)
