Unlocking Service?

My ATT T68i is locked and I need to unlock it for my next business trip. I tried using the guy who advertises here but never received my cable, code or even a reply from him.
Who else provides unlocking services in the US? Does anyone have a recommendation? I only have 3 weeks to get this done, so it is becoming an emergency situation.
