I need a new body for Treo 650!

Hi! Please tell me where can I buy a NEW (without any scratches) Treo 650 housing? My phone is scratched & cracked, so I would like to replace the body. I use a GSM unlocked phone. But I do not mind if the body has operators logo (Cingular, AT&T, etc).

i work at best buy (wirless departement) and when we get customers in that want a new body for their phone ...we just tell them to contact the manufacturer....give that a try.....but i dont know about PDA's .....motorola, samsung....those phones u can get bodys but i dont see why not with your phone ....

It is truely amazing that you have a Post Count of 22 since Oct 2003, if comments like that are what you have to input. Not a thing wrong with contacting a manfacturer for an Original Case / Housing Part or component. Motorola sells them direct to end users. So will NOKIA. Not everyone realizes this. Which is why they come to a Forum and ask for input.
Ill be standing by to see Post 23. Let us hope it isn't anytime soon. In many cases a low post count is a good thing.

Realistically, since you have an unlocked, besides calling Palm and ask for a replacement/repair, there is no other way.

No you can not keep the innard and just replace the shell, you have to get a refurbish model. Of course you need a reason good enough so the tech support can offer you the replacement.

Last time I sent my Treo back to Palm, my phone function was not working, I could use the speaker phone, but not the regular headset phone. I got the RAM and everything from the tech support, all of the sudden, the freaking phone function magically started working again.

I sent the phone in anyway, becuase the audio jack was busted. They sent me a new/refurbish one.

All the other phones I had, I could easier find a replacement casting on ebay.

Thanks! But besides my body has scratches, and there is a crack on the right side from the screen, it functions without problems. And the other thing is that I located pretty far from a company who provides a technical service for Palm products.
Please tell me whom should I contact directly to order a new body from manufacturer? Palm? Or HTC? Could you give me a right link please with right contact details!!! Here:

Please tell me, does a CDMA case has a hole for sim card, but does not have a sim tray? Or it does not have even a sim hole?

No, it doesn't have the SIM card tray slot.
