I can't seem to find anywhere Cingulars policy on using a calling card to dial internationaly. I had a customer that has been using the card for months without problems. This month she was billed 180.00 for usage and it clearly shows on here bill that a calling card was used. Can someone please let me know what the policy is or direct me to it on the CSP?

as per csp

If a customer inquires about the ability to utilize a calling card in conjunction with their wireless service, the following information should be relayed:

Cingular still bills for airtime.
Any toll charges associated with the call will be billed to the calling card and will not be displayed on the customer's Cingular invoice.
Since calling card instructions may vary, it is imperative that the customer properly follow the instructions on the calling card being utilized.
Customers may utilize calling cards for international calls from the U.S. Generally the customer calls the vendor's toll-free 800 number, and the international call is handled by the calling card vendor, not by Cingular. An International Dialing feature is not necessary to call an 800 number from the U.S.
Cingular still bills for airtime.
Since dialing instructions may vary by calling card, any inquiry related to international dialing instructions for the calling card must be directed to the calling card company.
If the customer bought a local international calling card with a local number (if they were roam restricted) while overseas, they would be charged the applicable Cingular roaming rate (because they are using their mobile overseas) as well as whatever they pre-paid on the internationally based calling card.
Note:

Dialing Caution
Customers must dial the network access number provided on the calling card and then follow the card dialing instructions to be connected.
If customer presses the Send/Talk button a second time to send the call, a three way call well be initiated.
If this occurs, the customer will be billed by Cingular for airtime on both calls, as well as tolls on the second if applicable (depending on the calling plan). The calling card company will still charge tolls on the initial call. These charges are considered valid and will not be waived.

Was she billed for international usage, or simply regular airtime usage? If just airtime, that would seem completely consistent.
