i either use the infrared or the data cable that came with my VS2 to transfer to my laptop.
If you're using the data cable, you need to instal the drivers and software that came with the phone.

ok, yea, i meant put them on my computer. I have a data cable, but I bought the phone in Hong Kong and it didn't come with any cd's. Is there anywhere on the net i can find the drivers and software on the net you are using? thanx

i can transmit the driver in MSN to you. But my driver is Chinese not english. if you need it, add my account.
