Just noticed one small bright died pixel!

under a black background pix , noticed a bright died pixel

so fast ....after some usage , got dead pixel?

anyone also happen to get?

I suggest you sell it on ebay and buy another one. I hate dead pixel.

It's one little tiny blue pixel. Hardly noticable.

i have dead one too. i was all pissed and mad about it when i first saw it too but then i just got used to it. its a phone, its not going to last forever

what I curious sharp lcd so fast got dead pixel???

frist time when buying check ..somemore remb using black wallpaper to check never noticed..than after 2 weeks of usage noticed a small tiny white dot

ya i never noticed it when i first got it, but like a couple weeks later i saw it. don't worry it doesn't affect anything and you'll get used to it. i still think its the best phone ever

beside this dead pixel mine sometime will get autoreboot problem
but no choice have to bear with it as is an export set

ya this phone strongest main point is the cam...but what I know SE also going to come out a 3.2 Mp cam phone too...hmm is a rumours what I know..screen wise they also want to improve...not the usual TFT .screen.

and the menu joystick they going to changed like sharp kind..

so as u mention handphone will not last forever...

The screen gets hotter and after that appears the dead pixel.

I used my Sharp SX813 for 7 months now.. and has no dead pixels.. even talked on the phone everyday from 30mins - 1hr continuously...

Dead or hot pixels are not a result of extensive usage. They`re factory made "errors" and you can`t do nothing about this. Mine 902 has also one dead pixel but it`s very hard to notice this little buddy. It`s on the right side of screen, very close to screen edge and it`s only visible on black background.
I`ve found that unless I say somebody where to look, people wont notice this

Dead pixels are not bad, they`re not emitting much light so they`re only visible on black or very dark background when display`s backlight makes them visible. Hot pixels are much worse because they`re partialy working, that means they have some colour (usually blue) and they`re much more visible than dead pixels

When I bought mine (in Japan) they powered it on and asked me to inspect it carefully before accepting it... A nice touch as I have had dead pixels before...
Not related to dead pixels, but they also (at Yodobashi) installed a screen protector for me. Spent 10 minutes, with tools for the job that I wouldn't have had, and let me inspect this before accepting ... Great service!
