I purchased a voq a11 and have been trying to configure mms, email and internet for cingular blue AT&T.
I have been totally stumped. Can someone please help!?

What I would o is call Sierra Wireless. They will send you an email with step by step directions on how to set it up. The chances are you forgot about the proxy settings for the GPRS Connection.

Thanks for your responses!!!

One more question ....please.
When I receive voice mail the indicator appears on the home screen but no sound is played. The tech at voq thinks it has to do with the attws (cingular blue) voicemail system.
Does anyone know of this or is there a fix?

Voicemail tone - check your settings. I am on Blue and I have no prob's with a VM tone. Make sure that:

1) You have a sound selected under Sounds
2) You have activated an incoming VM to make a sound (under Profiles)

I have checked both and still doesnt work. I have reset the phone to no avail.
