Strange Calendar Syncs

Greetings to my fellow SX833/903SH users. Hope you are all enjoying your phone as much as I am.

Although I have a small problem. While using the Sync Manager to sync my calendar events between my phone and outlook, the events synced from outlook to the phone all consolidate to the current date. So say I have 3 events for the month of January, Gary's Birthday on January 13th, Sandy's Birthdat on January 13th, and my Sister's Birthday on January 30th. Once I sync these events to my phone, the events all occur on January 12th, which is today at the current time.

Is anyone else having the same problem or am I'm just doing something wrong?
