I am trying to do a hard reset of my 2125, please can someone let me know how to do that.

Here is the info from the Cingular site:

"Hard Reset:

- Press and hold both Soft keys and power the device on.
- The screen will go black and request the user to press "0" to proceed or press any other key to exit.
- Press 0.
- Process may take 10 minutes."

For the 8125:

Press and hold the Communications Manager button and the Voice Command button while inserting the stylus into the Reset button. Note: Do not release the buttons until the stylus has been removed from the reset button.
