V400 Flashing and Flexing

Hello, i was looking to upgrade the flex and flash on my v400. i have been looking for a how to, but have not been able to find much info on how to do it. Will anyways i think i know how to do it. But what im looking for is the files or a monsterpack for the v400. Also would it be possible to flash a monsterpack for the v600, because i have found some flexes and flashes but all say v600.
