Back when I had my MPx220 I remember using a voice command software that came with the phone....I always thought that it was a Microsoft program, do you know who makes it? Can it be installed in other Smartphones such as SMT5600 or HTC2125?

Its call VoiceSignal and its only for the MPx 220 and some other PPC phones. Maybe VoiceSignal will make a version for the 2125, I would email them and find out.

That would be great. I loved the software. It always worked great for me, and unlike the Microsoft Product the digitized voice sounds "not that digital".

I have an SP5 and recently installed a trial version of Fonix VoiceDial and it works pretty will and is fast. It now is available in a version for WM5 Smartphone. You can find it here.

I tried Fonix VoiceDial and I found it pointless.

First, I had to train some names that were perfectly recognized by the program on the MPx220.

Second, to actually use the program hands-free, you need to create a Speed Dial entry for it and assign it a voice tag. Then the program takes a long time to load. If I have to use the phone's voice tag system to launch Fonix VoiceDial, I'd rather record voice tags for the contacts I really want to call via voice dialing and the call takes place way faster than with Fonix VoiceDial.
