pics don't fill the screen on my 2125, can't zoom

I download a bunch of .jpgs to my 2125. I simply copied them into the My Pictures folder when the phone was connected to my PC.

I'm able to view them, but they show up pretty small, and I'm unable to zoom. Does anyone know where the settings are for this?
