3.46 Rom a bit slow?

Is it just me or is the 3.46 rom a bit slow? The start menus lag a bit and whenever I get calls, i flip the phone open, and it takes a while to get to the caller screen. The phone in general is just slow. Is this a common problem for this rom or is it just me? If it is a common problem, any way to resolve this? Thanks

You should go back to 3.4 its way better.
