Howdy all, I used to work for at&t wireless tech support before the transistion to Cingular wireless, but I left for a better offer...my point being, i'm at least familiar with things...

my question is, is the s710 sold out completely now, so if i were to "lose" it, or it was "stolen"....and i filed insurance...would I get the new SE W600 instead?

I just want to know if i lost my phone what would happen is all, i LOVE my s710 and I hope to have it for a very long time.....

The s710 still has not had it's EOL (END OF LIFE) yet. As I understand it will still sell through end of May before a replacement is put out. There are rumors that the w800 will be it's replacment. Found out talking to a product manager in the NE region....

S710 EOL was a while ago. The W600 replaced it. The only place the s710 will sell (for the most part) is where they just didn't sell many of them, so they still have old stock - which is why it's still on the rebate form. i know i saw the s710 EOL, b/c i shed a tear that day
