Windows Mobile 03 - Disable Emergency Keylock Override??

So even when my TMobile SDA is applocked and/or keylocked, pressing emergency numbers like 911 or 999 bypass the lock. Is there anyway to stop this?

I don't think that can be disabled as most (if not all) phones allow emergency numbers even when the device is locked. This is not a behavior exclusive to Windows phones.

If you had a real emergency, the last thing you will want to worry about is on how to unlock the device or keypad because you'd be too nervous to figure it out, so it is rather valuable that the phone can dial emergency numbers without having to unlock the phone.

It'd be nice if there were a way to override that. While I was at work with my Voq (first day of work), my phone somehow made a call to the Lawrenceville Police Department here. The police called me back about 5 minutes after the call was made, and I told them I swore to God that I never consciously made that call. They double checked their records, and I checked my call logs, and sure enough, the call history for dialed calls said "Emergency". I'm like holy ****, how could this have happened? I think it must have been while it was in my pocket, so I have become more careful with the phone. Luckily, they weren't going to fine me for making a fake call to 911. Boy, was I lucky or what?
