Hi guys, great job, I had a request and I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I wanted to know if any of you had a World Cup 2006 Theme for N70. I'd appreciate it.

Toaster,

Your life would be easier if you created for whatever phone you have, and then upload to Symbianthemes.com. They automatically convert to 3rd edition for you, and host. There are several of your themes already up there (with appropriate credit given), just not leather yet.

This is a high resolution theme, designed with the Nokia N90 screen in mind. It should work fine on N70's also. I hope you enjoy it.

The very first 2 I compiled for N80 didn't work right - I had a problem with my certificates - which I got fixed (thanks to another users here on hofo). Try this version of the N80 leather theme:

Hi toaster, great themes, i like digitiles alot but cannot seem to install it on my N70. It tells me that the file is corrupted.

Here are couple new themes... these are SPECIFICALLY for the N90. They will work on an N70, but they were designed and created in High Resolution with Theme Studio 2.0, and have specific outer display images for the Nokia N90

As most of my recent posts have been - I am uploading to several different servers, so in the event one goes down or does not work for you- please try another download link

The beautiful Jessica Alba - another theme made specifically for the Nokia N90. Has a dedicated outer display image.
I will be uploading 2 versions of this theme, a 24bit version and a 16bit version. I 'd like it if you guys would try both versions, and tell me if there is any significant or noticable quality difference between the two version. 16bit themes are MUCH smaller than 24bit themes.

what are you installing on? which phone?

This is the last version I PERSONALLY installed on my N90. The only modification to this version, the text color has been changed to properly display the date on the analog clock face.

DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION it should work on N90 and N70 ONLY. I do not have a version for Non-N series handsets - and even if I did, all the text would be black against a black background (see the tmobile/OPERATOR name up top?) and it wont work anyway... I tried MANY MANY times to compile these themes for use on older handsets - it simply doesnt work..... besides that, if you're using an older phone - there are about a zillion themes out there - dont get fixated on 1 theme

If you wouldn't mind... can you install the 16bit version too - and compare them. I'm curious if anyone can actually see any difference, Technically you should be able to see ANY difference, considering the screens on N70/N90 are NOT 24bit anyway.

The only phone that should see a difference is the E61 - as I recall it can display 16.7 million colors, where the other N series only displays 262 thousand colors.

Unless I'm wrong?

Installed the 16 bits version of Jessica and Sexy. No visible difference on N70 from the 24bit versions, both the 16 and 24 bt versions worked and displayed ok on my N70 though. Nice work.

Yeah... Most themes click on 24bit to make them high quality - but the screens on our phones are only 262k colors anyway (16bit or 18bit I forget), so 24bit is overkill.

I know I dont see any difference in quality - but wanted the opinions of the public... LOOKS LIKE THE PUBLIC HAS SPOKEN!

Unless other people chime in, I will start compiling future themes in 16bit to save space and will help the phone run MUCH faster too

Nice Themes Toasters I dowloaded a few of them and it works well with my N90. I wished you can make some more car themes. I dowloaded the ferrari theme and it looks great on the N90.

hey guys i am new here and i got a problem

btw i got a nokia n70

when i try to instal " A thema " it doesnt matter which one i get this error

In Dutch : "fout beveiling bij instalatie kan instalie niet uitvoeren"

Englisch : " failt securty by instaltion can't do the instaltion"

i think by my self that my nokia got a high securty if yes someone know how to disable it

and i like the Jessica Alba

i hope anyone can help me

You must have an N80?

You'll have to wait until I can convert it for S60V3 (n80)

Hi,Toaster!

You're my idol. i am using Theme studio 2.0 to make themes for my N90. the following 2 problems confused me a lot.

1. i can't open ready-made sis thems in TS2.0. can you open it in TS2.0 or 3.0? i noticed you modified some ready-made themes perfectly, so i guess you can solve this problem.

2. how to make navi panel transparent and show navi panel differently in idle screen and in background screen?
now i can only make a 352*30 bar cut from idle picture and replace it in the idle navi panel setting so that it looks like transparent. however ,if i do so, the navi panel in the backgroud will show the same 352*30 bar i made for idle screen, that looks strange.

I just got my new Nokia N73 (Vodafone UK) and am very happy with it.

My query is that I am looking for a basic/simple theme such as either White, Black, Grey or Silver.

I have found many on the web but they all seem to fail in one single but important thing: the 24hr digital clock feature is always designed with a 'glowing' or 'luminous' effect, which makes each digit appear close together and subsequently difficult to read. Am I making sense?

Does anyone know where I can obtain a Theme which has a simple 24hr clock in basic text?

Any help appreciated
