e815 MPT file freeze

I can use MPT to transfer multimedia to my seem modded e815. MPT sees it as an e815m (I think). But the transfer is not very stable. Many files freeze half-way through transfer, even ones only about 500kb big! What is wrong? I have noticed that the melodie section of the Media Center transfers better than the File Explorer. What is wrong?

Which version of MPT are you using?

I am using MPT version 3.28, although I have the same problem with p2k commander. I put the phone into suspend with p2kman and then accessed it with p2k commander. Sometimes it works, but as with MPT, it is unstable and may freeze or crash for no reason once the files have been shown in the right column. Could this be an error with my seem hack? I have read that I must turn e2 into e3 at offset 6a, but all I see at 6a is eb. Could this cause the instability of the file transfer?

Run the live update utility in MPT. They're up to 4.04 now, and that problem has supposedly been addressed. Also, using Bluetooth seems to avoid the issue as well.

Yeah in MPT 3 and down, under winXP, the new usbser.sys driver file under xp isn't too compatible with cdma phones. Either upgrade to 4.04 or I can post a link to a fix for it.
