I HAVE A MOTOROLA i870 AND MY IDEN WEB JAL WILL NOT LET ME CONNECT TO THE PHONE IT SAYS UNABLE TO READ PHONE PLEASE CHECK CABLE IT WAS WORKING AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STOPPED SOMEONE TOLD TO REINSTALL THE CORD BUT I DONT HAVE A DISK PLEASE I NEED A LITTLE HELP

first off please DONT SHOUT. thank you. now make sure theres no java apps running, and restart your phone. open webjal go into settings and make sure it has the USB box checked. ok now try connecting it. still doesnt work? Ok go into device manager and remove the iden USB modem and or pat2k modem. now go here http://idenphones.motorola.com/iden...istallation.jsp and remove your phone and cable, install the software hookin up the phone when it says to. Still having problems? Try reinstalling webjal.
