Microsoft VM Mobility Test!

Ok you most professional handheld wonders. I have a task for you.
Yup I want to know IF its possible to have some kind of built-in browser (native or plugin), or 3rd party browser that will support the Microsoft VM (Virtual Machine) for a pop up MainFrame emulator.
I know of a site & a company that its users NEED this via a mobile device that can be kept in their pocket! I've searched Hi & LOW for PPC, PPCPE, Smartphone & Symbian support on this and even a employee for the company that has usuage for this MF emulator tried his best as well. The guy was brave & smart NOT to buy without it working in front of him, so I gave his wife & him the pure lowdown of NOT ordering Verizon, Cingular or even Tmobile devices UNTIL it works over 5 times in front of him.
Is this possible, to get Microsoft VM to work seperate from or in tandem with (without errors or conflicts) with the browser?!!
