my 2nd treo 650 keys don't work

i got another treo 650 from warranty.. and now after a week or two my keyboard doesn't work only my touch screen, and the touch screen only happens to work when it on, when it the screen goes dark the whole phone becomes useless. is can i still get this one replaced? btw i am still under attws.
