GIN/PIX Messaging

I posted this in the Samsung section, but that seems to be kinda beat-so can anyone here help?
My girlfriend has an a890...shortly after she go it, pix messaging and gin stopped working...so we brought it to Verizon and they worked it out. For some reason it just happened again. Does anyone know how to correct this so we don't have to go back to the store? I tried *228, but I guess that doesn't help.

Go back to the store or call CS and see if they can troubleshoot it over the phone. They might be able to identify the problem over the phone.

I had the same problem with my LG phone...pix messaging and GIn quit working, the CS rep had me *228 it and it worked fine. Just call, they will be able to help you
