sorry guys i dont mean ask the same ?'s you have proberly seen a thousand time but i'v been reading post all day and cant fine the answer iam trying to connect my phone to iden for some reason it stoped working i have istalled a new usb driver the computer states everything is working fine the mess.says THE APPLICATION WAS UNABLE TO READ THE REQUIRED PHONE INFO PLEASE CHECK YOUR CABLE AND YOUR PREFERENCES IV UNINSTALLED IDEN is there any thing else i nee

try to go to options/preference and see if "connect via usb cable" is checked
