Are you sure its not a fbs file being a flash backup file?
To convert it I think you need shxcodec...i think it converts it

The file he is referring to is the new format for the latest Motorola MP's.

Yeah its the latest motorola file.. I need to convert it so i can flash it to my phone.. Otherwise, does anyone know of a program where i can just flash that type of file?

You need to use at least RSD Lite 2.3 or 2.4 only and google can help you there.

Did you read my previous post? You need RSD Lite version 2.3 or later.
