Please help! I have a Motorola V710 and i was at a party and my friend acidentally knocked my phone out of my hand and onto a granite floor.
I picked it up and opened it and lo and behold i had a white screen and nothing worked. I took the battery out and reset the phone. When i powered it back on all i got was a white screen on the inside and the regular screen on the outside. But once i got home, i plugged it in and the outside screen started getting screwey, it would change colors ( to colors the regular v710 doesnt even have.. lol). I can still use the phone, but i just cant see anything. Is there any way for the Verizon store to replace it? Or what should i do? i just signed my contract in October, so signing another contract is probably out.
any help is appriciated

That would be considered physical damage so the warranty would be voided. You'll have to go through insurance (if you have it) for repair/replacement.

thanks for the response, but are you sure it would be considered physical damage?? because there is no physical damage to the phone.

I guess that would actually be up to the technician to decide that, depending on what it looks like. However, since you said it was dropped and the problem happened after that, it could be. Even if the outside of the phone is spotless, the mainboard or something else internally could have broken.
