V3 Razr problem. Can't dial numbers! Please help!

Hi,
I have had a Motorola V3 Razr since Christmas and been using it fine with no problems. Now however, when i try to dial a number it says 'Number Not Allowed' it does this for any type of number, home/mobile etc.. be it from the phone book or if i type it in directly.
I can recieve calls on the phone and also send and recieve text messages ok so i'm assuming there is no problem with the network provider and was wondering if there is some setting i have changed by accident?
Please help as i'm sure you will appreciate how frustrating this is!

Anybody have the slightest idea at all?
Or can point me in the right direction of somewhere else that maybe able to help?
