I purchased and unlocked razr v3. I have no web access in my settings. How can I get this feature? I have talked to both Motorola and Cingular with no success.

Don't know about cingular but your company should be able to send a text message with web profile to your phone.

Otherwise you'll need to hack your phone and edit the "Seem" to unhide your Web Profile so you can add/edit your own.

Pink means it probably was T-mobile branded. You'll need to go to the above link to have Cingular send a new web configuration profile to your phone. Then you should be able to surf on your cool little phone.

No its a Motorola phone, came in pink motorola box, with motorola booklets. It came with a motorola phone tools disk, but my computer shows the disk empty, it has chinese? writing on the disk.

Mine was originally manufactured for Rogers in Canada. I talked to Motorola and was told that if they added the web access setting back to the phone it would lock it back to Rogers. Cingular told me that they can not add the web access setting that it has to be done by Motorola.
