Installing programs without having other programs deleted

When using 'Application Loader' whenever I choose programs to install, on the next page there's a list of programs that gets deleted. How can I keep this from happening?

Make sure that the applications already installed on your device, exist is your PC. If they do, just go to add and give it the path.

Ok, Thanks. 
I was wondering why under the list of programs I wanted to install, there would be "These modules are unrecognizable and will be deleted" with various programs that were going to be deleted.
