Anyone else on the forum know this guy? He is AWESOME.....I've known em for a while and his constant support on the Blackberry is priceless....Just thought I'd see if anyone else in here deals with him because I know he covers 13 states...
FYI for those who DON'T know him, he works for RIM...But the guy goes WAY above and beyond when it comes to helping you with Blackberry issues
