Am I having issues with the RAZR?

I have had my RAZR through Cingular since 12/29/05. Although it's supposed one of the slickest phones out there now, I have been having some issues with it:

-The battery cover seems kinda loose when I hold it. It shifts from side to side depending on how I hold the phone. Not major but annoying.

-The silver/chrome flat hinge button comes loose after a few times of opening the phone. I have to push it in each time. Subtle but annoying.

-The side buttons for volume and whatnot are loose even after being told at the store that it was normal. What gives?!?

-Part of the housing at the bottom of the phone where the corners of it meet the USB port are not solid in which that they can be pushed in and not "affixed" to the body.

I know, I know....I am being extremely picky and insanely OCD about this. My issue is that for a phone that it's supposed to be top-notch by some standards, it sure is falling short of expectations.

What does anyone recommend? Should I go to a different store than the one I purchased it from to exchange it? I'm still within the 30-day exchange/return period.

Advise?
