BB and ACT

What does anybody who uses a BB along with ACT 6.0 think of it? How does that work? Do I need to purchase special software or does ACT 6.0 sync with a BB automatically.
I had a Nokia 9500 I just returned because of a few reasons, the biggest being I could not get it to sync with ACT.
