I've been a long time Nokia user and I'm about to make the jump to a Motorola V360 and was wondering if Motorola has something like the Nokia PC Suite which can be used to backup/sycronize your data on the phone with your PC, install games, ringtones, wallpapers, multimedia, etc. Also, can this be done only on USB or also on bluetooth? thanks in advance for replies

Yes Motorola has its own software. Its called Motorola Phone Tools. For games you can use a free program called midway. These software work with bluetooth and usb cable. But if you use bluetooth, you need no additional software at all. Using bluetooth, you can send any files to your phone with no additional software.

Not sure what you mean by tim but you have to enable the java apploader on the phone by using a program like PST. Read the motorola wiki for more info.
